Except as otherwise provided by law, the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Skin Body Health Refer A Friend Program (collectively, “Referral Program”). Your participation in the Referral Program indicates your acceptance of these Terms:
1 Skin Body Health Inc offers its clients (“you”) the opportunity to refer friends (“Friends”) to try goods or services via its Referral Program.
1.1. These Terms apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Referral Program both as a referrer (“Advocate”) and a friend (“Friend”) referred to Skin Body Health Inc Services.
1.2. By participating in the Referral Program, Advocates and Friends agree to use the Referral Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Advocate or Friend or participate in the Referral Program in any manner.
1.3. Skin Body Health reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, modify, limit, restrict, terminate or to otherwise change the Terms of the Referral Program at any time, or to contract with another party to administer this program, without prior notice. Any changes or modifications to these terms and conditions and/or the Referral Program will be effective immediately and posted on www.skinbodyhealth.com
Any existing Skin Body Health Client can share the name and contact information with any person who is not a current client of Skin Body Health. Once the person referred comes in and completes their first service, the referring client will receive a one time $150 worth of Skin Body Health Rewards.
